Each Users-Edge column is comprised of one of the following:

Column type: Hyperlink
Two fields will be generated. One is for the name of the hyperlink that you will see, the second is the actual URL, up to 600 characters. Here is where you can paste the exact link to a log in page or lengthy URL address that you can jump to.

You don't need to see http://mail.google.com/mail/, just Google Email.

Column type: Text
This is for short text descriptions, up to 64 characters.

Column type: Memo
This is for long text descriptions, up to 512 characters.

Column type: Date/Time
Format in DD/MM/YY (Date/Month/Year).
Choose from a pop-up calendar or enter the date and time directly.

Column type: E-mail link
Your default email program will automatically be populated with the email address inserted into the To: field.
You can make the display name be whatever you like.

Column type: Phone Number

Column type: True/False - Yes/No
Also known as Boolean. This column type allows you to choose from yes or no, and sort accordingly.

Column type: File Link
Using the format \\servername\sharename you can link to any resource on your local area network.
